# Script

The `Script` step is the default type for any text added in the editor. It's primarily used for having the avatar speak narrative or explanatory text.

**Key Characteristics:**

* **Appearance:** Displayed in **grey** in the editor.
* **Avatar Behaviour:** The avatar speaks the text verbatim.
* **User Interaction:** No highlighting occurs, and no action is required from the user. The guide proceeds automatically to the next step after the avatar finishes speaking.
